Returns and Warranties
Product(s) clean, unopened, and in original package may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of original purchase date. The refund will be issued in the same form as payment used at the time of purchase. Cash refunds are limited to $25.00 or less.
Product(s) clean, unopened, and in original package may be returned or exchanged from 31 to 90 days of original purchase date with a 25% restocking fee. The refund will be issued in the same form as payment used at the time of purchase. Cash refunds are limited to $25.00 or less.
Product(s) clean, unopened, and in original package may be returned or exchanged from 91- 180 days of original purchase date with a 50% restocking fee. The refund will be issued in the same form as payment used at the time of purchase. Cash refunds are limited to $25.00 or less.
No refunds or exchanges will be given after 180 days.
Product (s) that are part of a pre-pack or deal will follow the above policy at a pro-rated value. If product (s) are part of a seasonal pre-pack, they are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shears, clippers, dryers, irons, and other appliances are returnable for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase date. An original receipt is required.
Item must be returned in the original packaging and be un-used and in sellable condition.
Open-box, non-defective merchandise will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.
Original purchase receipt is required for any return of shears, clippers, dryers, irons and other appliances.
Withhout original receipt, management approval will be required.
All appliances must be registered with the manufacturer warranty program on the date of purchase. NO WARRANTY WILL BE HONORED WITHOUT REGISTRATION! Defective appliances are subject to the warranty of the manufacturer. State Beauty Supply will honor the warranty for 14 days. Any warranty claim after 14 days will need to be sent back to the manufacturer. Defective appliance warranty eligibility is subject to inspection by State Beauty Supply and the manufacturer. If the manufacturer determines that the defect is the result of abuse, the appliance will be returned to the client and there will be a charge back to the client's account.
