Returns

Product(s) clean, unopened, and in original package may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of original purchase date. The refund will be issued in the same form as payment used at the time of purchase. Cash refunds are limited to $25.00 or less. Product(s) clean, unopened, and in original package may be returned or exchanged from 31 to 90 days of original purchase date with a 25% restocking fee. The refund will be issued in the same form as payment used at the time of purchase. Cash refunds are limited to $25.00 or less.

Product(s) clean, unopened, and in original package may be returned or exchanged from 91- 180 days of original purchase date with a 50% restocking fee. The refund will be issued in the same form as payment used at the time of purchase. Cash refunds are limited to $25.00 or less.

Returns by mail are not accepted.

Non-Returnable Product

The Following Types of Products are not Accepted for Return:

  • Unsellable Product: Product that has been defaced or altered in any way may not be returned. This includes but is not limited to: price tags, stickers or other markings made with pen or marker, and cracked, dropped or broken appliances.
  • Discontinued Product: Discontinued product or product in discontinued packaging may not be returned.
  • Seasonal Product: Product that is branded or packaged as seasonal/holiday may not be returned.
  • Promotional, Prepack, Intro Kit, and Free Items: For an exchange or refund to be processed, these items must be returned with the merchandise with which they were ordered. Promotional and free items may not be returned by themselves.
  • Make-up, Make-up brushes, combs, brushes, and hair extensions: All sales are final.

Warranties

  • Shears, clippers, dryers, irons, and other appliances are returnable for a full refund or exchange with 30 days of original purchase date. An original receipt is required.
  • Item must be returned in the original packaging and be in sellable condition.
  • Open-box, non-defective merchandise will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
  • Original purchase receipt is required for any return of shears, clippers, dryers, irons and other appliances.
  • Without original receipt, management approval will be required.
  • Defective product (s) will be exchanged for the exact item ONLY within1 year of original purchase date.
  • Defective appliances are subject to the warranty of the manufacturer. State Beauty Supply will honor the warranty up to 1 year. Any warranty claim after year 1 will need to be sent back to the manufacturer. Defective appliances warranty eligibility is subject to inspection by State Beauty Supply and the manufacturer. If the manufacturer determines that the defect is the result of abuse, the appliance will be returned to the client and there will be a charge back to the client's account.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued on items that have been misused or have become defective through no evidence of manufacturer defect. This includes abuse of cords, lack of attention to cleaning lint filters etc.
