How Can I Shop Online With State Beauty Supply, Lexington, Ashland, or SalonCentric, Florence?
In order to shop with us, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with State Beauty Supply, Lexington, State Beauty Supply, Ashland, or SalonCentric, Florence. You will need your account number or email address on file in order to register to shop online for the first time.
If you don't currently shop with State Beauty Supply, Lexington, State Beauty Supply, Ashland or SalonCentric, Florence at our stores or with a Distributor Sales Consultant, you can apply for an account by completing our New Customer Application by clicking the Apply Now button on the upper right hand corner of the webpage.
Please note that online shopping is not available in all states or for every State Beauty Supply or SalonCentric store. Registration must occur for State Beauty Supply, Lexington, State Beauty Supply, Ashland, or SalonCentric, Florence location. How Can I Add a New Shipping Address?
Due to distribution rights and existing agreements in place with Brands we carry, your shipping address can only be updated by contacting State Beauty Supply, Lexington or SalonCentric, Florence, or Distributor Sales Consultant. The only address you will be able to update on the site is your credit card billing address.
I Forgot My Password. What Should I Do?
Go to the Sign In page and click “Forgot Your Password?” link. Enter your email address and an email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
How Can I Update My Account Information?
In order to change your permanent address, name, and phone number on file, contact State Beauty Supply, Lexington, State Beauty Supply, Ashland or SalonCentric, Florence, or your Distributor Sales Consultant. You will not be able to make these changes on the site yourself.
Why Are All Your Brands Not Available For Purchase Online?
Distribution Rights: We have contracts with manufacturers that specify where we can and cannot ship product. The brand you are looking for may not be available to ship to the address you have on your account.
